As a CEO and Chairman, you guys should charge at least $500k in salary. What! It's too much! Well it's ok - just sell more shares. You are already worth 80M shares, why not sell more shares and get paid a lot more. Poor shareholders will work their ass off to buy more shares.

Wondering why Mangemt is so worried about cleaning up the balance sheet and it has to take out new loans to pay off old loans. Oh wait! The two heads of ZNGY is taking $400k equivalent to 800M shares every year. Oh now I get where all the shares are coming from. Only 1.5B AS.
