NAUP acquisition for 165M shares @ $.03 was the highest valuation for a shell. Alex created the shell and sold it to ZNGY within weeks. What a joke! If am wrong? Prove it! The intellectual property was already part of CHRON that you claimed was part of NAUP.

Just releasing news on Nasdaq does not make you a listed company in Nasdaq. You are about to be delisted to pinky. Huge difference. May be you guys don't even care as long as you get paid $200k in salary even when Company is about to go bankrupt.

Don't tweet to disguise the loan pay off as if Company had cash. Ok! Company took out new loans to pay old loans. Now when you release PR make sure you don't mislead shareholders.

I will give you straight Joy. The deal with increasing the AS is to pay over a million dollars in salary to run a penny scam. The Management is overpaid and by laying what they deserve we can immediately address some of this concern. Enough said.
