It was in reference to some that are invested but so negative as to predict failure and almost look forward to it, compared to those invested that are so because they feel there is a good chance of success.

So, you have the example of those buying tickets to a cruise that they are convinced will sink, compared to those with cruise tickets that feel it will be a wonderful cruise and reach its destination...


So...the dead horse has been beaten thoroughly......
