It is 10/1 per year max. We covered this in the past many times. I am still a supporter of a 10/1 RS. However, the CEO said that he won't do it before the company becomes profitable and ready to take off for a higher uplisting. We could a RS when the stock price around 0.1 or so. When the RS will be done under the circumstances described, it will have a huge positive impact on BIEL.
