Chrome help, I have Chrome and up until a few days ago was fine, then started to slowly open pages, now wont load at all or I get upset and cancel what I was doing after waiting 5 minutes or so,

so far I have disabled extensions, deleted cookies, cleared cache and deleted history, rebooted many times, I did a system restore, nothing helped, after the restore chrome would not open at all, so I figured it was corrupt beyond repair, I removed it completely and reinstalled it, still the same thing pages won't load. it works fine when incognito mode, I have firefox but it sometimes freezes whish is why I switched to chrome. any suggestions?

I have chrome on another computer and it works fine over there, fyi
