Oh, you're referring to the case that is off-topic. The one where Otiko had an agreement with this guy who failed to follow though with his side of the deal. The one where Otiko invested his personal funds (as a hobby) to produce a film. The plaintiff wasn't winning the case so he is taking it to trail. Other than scheduling the trial date, nothing more has taken place.

You are attempting to mislead possible investors with your comments and that can land you in the court of law as well. Go for it, I'm sure your actions have not been overlooked.

So foolish.
