If that were true than Mersky is a bigger BOZO than I thought or a bigger liar. I mean he put out last month that the O/S was "AROUND" 9.2 BILLION so if that's a true statement why have the T/A gagged? If there's nothing to hide why gag it? If you trying to get new investors and they do some DD and they see no financials! Your at STOP on the OTC! You look at old PR'S and see nothing happened with the! And then you can't even get the SS from the T/A.
