1) The company will at some point do a reverse split. It’s just a matter of when. The question we as investors have to ask is at what price point does the company do the reverse split? We want this company to achieve the highest SP it can get before they do this. While the reverse split doesn’t affect your real market value, it will affect your gains potential. In other words, going from .001 to .05 is greater than if the company did a reverse split and you went from $5.00 to $10.00. It’s still a good gain but not as big of a jump as the first example.
2) We won’t see huge gains until the SEC decision is made and full FDA approval is given. The SEC factor lingers over any company, not just BIEL. Until those two hurdles are cleared, we should see decent gains but not the big ones we all want.
There is no doubt in my mind this will be a multi-billion dollar company. I just don’t know when this happens. I also think we have to keep things in perspective and not go out of control with predictions.
