Lock up agreement has exceptions to the rule. It appears the lock up will remain as long as the share price stays under .55 cents a share. I believe the agreement is the same for all insiders.IMHO

"Notwithstanding the foregoing, during the Lock-Up Period, the undersigned may sell Shares at a price of $0.55 per Share or greater. "
