The ticker goes with the company he is liquidating . It is not an asset . The shareholders own the company. They are just last in line to get paid . There is 6 million in debt and around 2 million in cash . Half of which has been paid to lawyers .

Stockholders do not have to be notified of the Chapter 7 case because they generally don't receive anything in return for their investment. But, in the unlikely event that creditors are paid in full, stockholders will be notified and given an opportunity to file claims.

So ask the trustee he is in charge .
