Incorrect, he's seeking ways to reduce the OS and Float by share buybacks funded by CrowdFunding and private investors.

No need to RS the stock.

Every single statement this CEO has made since he became acting chief executive officer, has been to preserve and increase shareholder value.

A reverse split is completely 100% contradictory to those statements, and not even a consideration.
