But what is the float?

500,000 locked up.

O/S remained constant.


How many shares were leaked into the float?

Simple question which directly addresses dilution.


Float is say 500,000 then only 500,000 can trade.
Float is 4 million then 4 million trade.

But it would also show insider shares being leaked if numbers were being released on a timely basis and the float increased!

But apparently all the insiders are afraid of revealing the truth.

Next weeks filing will hopefully resolve this.


And again they must file.

I guarantee if they don't there will be many SEC complaints from certified professionals who are watching this play out.
