Let's see exactly what is in the press release but I'm guessing this should trade similarly to SIPC once all is said and done. Both probably should be in the .05 to .10 range...possibly higher. As for the delay, its most likely attorney related and for anyone that has owned businesses or does large deals there is nothing you can do but be patient...it happens.
