I believe it happens when you bring together a group of unicorn cancer specialists like Oncolix did. 8,000,000,000 people have possibly been dosed Prolanta? That's a really high number.

The US Government said that the trials of Prolanta are complete and they are ready to make that awesome Mars rocket fuel edition Prolanta any day now. Also going to put the first cancer free unicorn into space?
