I still think we have the most promising drugs to treat CNS diseases. But I am fully convinced the swamp exists everywhere not just the politics in DC. The pharmaceutical industry is no different. Any entity that threatens to upset the status quo is decimated. Our only hope, it seems, is for one of the swampdweller big pharmas to come to our aid and make the others stand down. The swamp is too deep to expect AVXL to navagate alone. That’s just the way I see it. Can’t blame Missling for trying to get the best deal for the company. I’m sure there is a lot of armtwisting going on behind the scenes and Missling hasn’t cried uncle yet.
