I Think i can answer that. First paragraph "SUPPORT AGREEMENT" By all rights they can still look at all and any offer on the table. With that said Aurora has the first right of refusal, so they can counter offer after that. Its not final until its final and the market probably recognizes this. Think of it as a few more days to accumulate. GO ACB!!
