A. No. Many recent articles common theme is “ shares could go to zero”.
Q. Will there be any warning .
A. No. It could be announced at any time.
Q. Will I have any recourse if this happens.
A. Obviously more lawsuits would be filed but results would be years away and if any recovery more than likely pennies on the (FNMA) dollar.

Conclusion: Too much risk here. Too many unknowns make this more of a gamble with lows odds than a true investment.
