The email I sent today is as follows...
Dear Dr. Otiko.
Today's press release fell short of what I what I was lead to believe as significant progress Viaderma has accomplished over the past few months. This leaves me, a 3.5 million VDRM shareholder very disappointed in the managements ability to communicate in a meaningful way to current and future investors about the potential of the company.
There is little as in new "News" in this press release. The best I can surmise is that the third production run of Vitastem is taking place and the company is seeking health insurance providers reimbursement for the cost of the product to the consumer. Although this is good news, it is what we as shareholders expect to take place at this stage of development.
What investors need to see are hard facts. We need to know what the sales numbers are or al the least, order numbers. I don't expect much in revenue at this time considering that they are delayed in the accounts receivable, but some sort of hard numbers would really go along ways to convince investors to invest in your/our company.
The news about the CBD's Topical Serum licenses agreement with a Canadian distributor appears to be recycled news. Why is it that you can not add to the news with the name of the distributor? What the big secret? All the other companies that I have invested in over the decades, they have that information in the press release after an agreement of that magatude takes place. It actually benefits both parties to by showing investors that they are growing their business, and the savvy shareholders know the difference when these facts are omitted.
I can only assume that the reasons you choose not to share detailed information concerning this issues, is that the lawsuit is still pending and the plaintiff has shown he will use PR information as possible ammunition to further his argument. If this is true, please say so, otherwise please release some hard facts concerning the progress to that your investors can share your inthuzaium for the company's future.
