i can understand part of where derek5098 is coming from. i mean, i cannot believe that RM cannot offer any guidance on the audited financials. if it's just a matter of paperwork, it's already been a while since that was announced. so, i cannot imagine why RM hasn't acknowledged that he's still working on the audited financials, and offer some estimate as to when it should be completed.

i don't buy the argument that RM has missed so many deadlines that he doesn't want to be wrong again. there are ways of at least instilling some investor confidence without indicating a precise date on audited financials.

i mean, this isn't a billion dollar company, if they haven't found the mysterious paperwork by now, why should we believe that they'll ever find it, or that it even exists to begin with?!

RM has not shown much restraint when it comes to PR announcements, so the fact that he's not mentioning anything about the audited financials is in itself troubling (ie: if there was any glimmer of positive news on the financials, he'd be singing like a canary in his PR releases).
