Angelo, I'm not saying that if Shanghai Pharma starts selling Gluco, Keppra or any other IPCI generic that those monies wouldn't all come to IPCI.

All I'm saying is that from that Chinese article mopar posted on this board earlier...the translation from Chinese to English clearly states that CEO Odidi has been the founder, chairman and chief scientist of Smart Pharmaceuticals Shanghai since May 2017.

Soooooooooooooo...for now anyways...absent of any announcements from IPCI...that deal just announced in China appears to have been solely between Smart Pharmaceuticals Shanghai on the manufacturing front...and Shanghai Pharmaceuticals on the distribution front...and all we know for sure is that the China based article in Chinese language claims that Smart Pharmaceuticals Shanghai is owned by Dr. Odidi k.

I'm not a lawyer either...but I don't think there's anything illegal in Dr. Odidi setting up a new company in China called Smart Pharmaceuticals Shanghai for manufacturing purposes...then securing a distribution deal with Shanghai Pharma...then both China based companies striking a deal with IPCI to manufacture and distribute IPCI's generics.

From my past experiences with pubco's with dealings in China...some of them have in fact established operations in China that then strike deals with their American based counterpart companies. They've usually done so because China companies like doing biz with China companies.

But again...the only reason I'm even outlining the potential scenario above is solely because of that Chinese article mopar found and posted here earlier which specifically states that Dr. Odidi owns Smart Pharmaceuticals Shanghai...and so far IPCI hasn't released any news on what's going on whatsoever. So the sooner IPCI stops the silence and informs the market on what the hell is really going on the better right cheers!
