I'm not a lawyer... but I don't believe a CEO of a company can set up another company for his and his benefit alone... I have to believe that any fruits of his labor while I'm paying his rent is TOTALLY for the benefit of intellipharmaceutical.
When did he open/form this new venture... while on his vacation time???
Just as any patent derived from his labor at IPCI may be under his name... the patent itself and all fruits borne from that patent belong to IPCI which was paying his salary at the time.
What you are implying I'm sure would lead to a massive class action lawsuit... and it would not be directed at IPCI but at the Odidi's themselves... and I would certainly join in on that.
Again... I'm not a lawyer... but I believe any profit derived from this new venture would be stripped in full from the Odidis in any court of law... so I believe the venture is a fully owned subsidiary of IPCI with all profits passing through to IPCI.
