So this means that someone or some entity got 40M restricted shares which can't hit the market for 6 - 12 months!

This is like a poker player spotting his opponent's tell, LOL!

The shares were obviously transferred for a reason. Perhaps finalizing debt, or even better, the much anticipated crypto mining company acquisition!

By the way we're trading now it looks like the implications of this are understood by some savvy investors.
