But a share reduction would mean either a buy back or a stock cancellation. EGOH has no cash to buy stock back, and it's hard to believe it has the largess just to cancel shares, IF it is holding shares it could cancel.

How is Ken buying partial interests in these companies if not with EGOH shares -- which raises yet another question of who in their right mind would accept EGOH shares as payment for an interest in their own equity holdings?
