I took out x amount of dollars out of my 401k and roll it over into a TD Ameritrade IRA account where I am heavily involved in the stock market. I believe I do not pay any taxes on that until I pull out any amount. My question is when I take this money out down the road it is my assumption that I won't have to pay any type of capital gains? And when I'm long with Aurora I plan to have a lot of capital gains down the road.
