We have yet to see how the company plans to pay off the debt--an action regularly tweeted since I received the updated numbers on January 9, and how they will fund this planned acquisition.

Based on what I see reported 1/22/18 - as the current SS and the listed higher restricted shares by exactly 40 mil as well as the o/s by exactly 40 mil... WAS A DEFINITIVE DEAL EXECUTED?
