..my guess world be that they are just loading the cannon,.. giving people a chance to get in early guarantes a strong vibrant market when the buyer's decide it's time to get in,,guarantes of you have to spread it around,, the other thing is Big C2apitol can't indulge them selves utile it gets to a certain level,.. so all oe's little cretins are gonna be responsible of spreading the love,.. be happy.. cause it could get nuts,..and we get to play in that,..
