In addition, their tech caused the problem in the first place. Cisco should have made sure there was no IP that wasnt theirs without a license. I dont know why they didnt just sue Cisco first, they are the big pocket here. No different than a cell phone with infinging tech inside, they dont sue the users of the phone, only the manufacturer.
