Do you think that these patents could only be used by Cisco ? Uoip never went after Cisco but went after cable companies who could be using hardware from many different vendors. What’s about the cable providers in Europe, Japan and rest of the world ? If we assume that one vendor buys uoip and patents then what will happen to other vendors ? Will this one vendor allow other vendors to continue selling hardware on the patent ?
