Okay....

5 million in April spread out for these 2 years as operating capital.

5 million in September of which they have 2 million in escrow.

They want 5 to 10 million more to begin manufacturing.

And everyone is concerned at the low share price which can be directly blamed at D'Couto and his secretive nature.
