CEO Bill McKay (via E-mail) on ICO Launch:

"We expect to have this Phase 1 fully funded within a couple of weeks and expect to launch the ICO in April and close within 30 days after launch."

Bill is very transparent and will answer any questions regarding the upcoming ICO launch.
