What has been missed in the colossal disorganization that is our federal government this week is that Rohrabacher-Blumenauer (protection of medical MJ from federal interference) will be included in any funding bill, as clearly stated in this article

This is huge news!

Even though recreational MJ has never been explicitly protected from federal interference, Rohrabacher-Blumenauer has served to protect both medical AND recreational, because all states which have legalized recreational MJ have also legalized medical MJ as well

Since all cultivators, producers and dispensaries grow, produce and sell cannabis and cannabis products that are purchased by both medical and recreational consumers in the same dispensary, one cannot clearly distinguish between medical marijuana and recreational marijuana in all of the recreational legal MJ states

There is no clear difference between the raw marijuana flower itself nor any finished products derived from it like edibles, beverages and concentrates when comparing MJ products purchased by medical or recreational consumers -- and even if there was some easily identifiable difference, recreational consumers also purchase medical products formulated for pain, anxiety, sleep, etc. AND medical patients purchase recreational products to get high -- so how can the federal government crackdown on recreational MJ when they are disallowed from cracking down on medical MJ?

This is why there has been NO FEDERAL CRACKDOWN ON EITHER MEDICAL OR RECREATIONAL MARIJUANA IN THE PAST SEVERAL YEARS, even though only medical marijuana has been explicitly protected from federal interference

I have stated previously, Rohrbacher-Blumenauer is the ice cream sundae and McClintock-Polis is the cherry on top

With Rohrabacher-Blumenauer now safe, we have already won the biggest battle against Sessions and the DOJ

Rohrabacher-Blumenauer not being included in the federal budget has been the biggest source of fear in the MJ sector over the past 6-12 months
