hotmeat yes it clearly states that but also the interest in the assets of the Trust may not have transferred outside of the Trust until after WMII was dissolved last week.

So the only assets that WMII had was what was stated when they filed -

And all equity interest in those Trust remained all untouched from the grips of POR.

Very tricky and we will need to see how this gets worked out. - SOON!
