hotmeat, I think that is why this has taken so long. I have only read a few prospectuses as they are not fun to read but they mostly follow when - how - who get and assets of the trust. The payout is to all trust investors of which WMI through WMIIC was a investor or as stated interest in each Trust.

NOW that WMIIC has been dissolved that interest was passed to the new parent as the old one is gone. That is how I see it but IMO.
