AZ, many thanks for laying out the fact yet again. For the past several days I have been thinking about one question. What happens now with this first bankruptcy WMIIC ?! Now that this entity was dissolved.

If I recall correctly, the POR7 permitted and was court approved to allow the reorganized company to "handle the subsidiaries" as need be without further and express court approval and that included WMIIC and this is what just happened.

So what I have in mind is more of a procedural question. Will we see a filing that WMIIC is no longer "jointly administered", what happens to the separate tax number and of course any tax responsibilities or benefits associated with it?!

That is what I have been thinking these days and I also believe that we have reached the end of the road where some major announcement is imminent in addition to the dissolution of WMIIC. Oh yeah, they need to update the website if they have not done that yet.

I find it interesting that Friday after hours trades sent WMIH PPS to ONE dollar which was the court assigned valuation in 2012 !!!
