It's one thing to question a decision ... this board is provided for precisely that purpose ... but it is something entirely different to make a crusade out of it. If I'm not mistaken, Matt answered you two days ago and, in the process of doing so, expressed his admiration for your work. If you don't like his response, if you think it was not adequate, if you think it did not address the precise issue you raised, if it did not promise action you would find soul-satisfying, that's unfortunate ... but it's not the basis for a never-ending harangue.
Customers who are loyal do, indeed, complain ... and ... when they've lodged their complaint they move on. A scan of the previous posts on this board will net you an untold number of complaints. Some were corrected to the complainer's satisfaction, others weren't. That's pretty much the way life works, everywhere.
