Probably just dumb, being an algorithm. I've made a lot of money in other otc stock buying at the bottom the end of selling, the selling algorithm just keep dropping the price lower and lower, and then once it stops, the price jumps 100%.

If it is vindictive, which I doubt, and a vendor, the only thing I could see that would benefit them would be the longer the price stays at .10, the more shares they get. But at 1.4M shares, there is something more than a vendor going on IMO.
