RULE #1 is never marry the trade. Not all companies succeed in the biotech/weed/local pain med pharmacy business so let's get real, there is potential for an upside in share price if the company releases info about what it does day to day, public companies are supposed to be more transparent and so far this company seems to be somewhat lacking in the info dept, why would you say there is European deal about to happen then go dark???? That is not only annoying but also creates a lack of confidence amongst it's public share holders, imo. They may be working tons and doing good stuff but who knows.
