There are over 10,000 tickers in the OTC Markets, there are tens of thousands of tickers in the various exchanges. The very FACT that "investors" in OTC securities blame regulators when such obvious scams like this one took their money while telling bullshit stories is really a minor issue in comparison to real fraud occurring on the exchanges. The very FACT that Money Laundering in the OTC is so rampant because very little REAL DD is performed by the purchaser of such valueless shares still comes back to the individual.

The very FACT that Stephen Lumb a known and convicted securities violator, as well as known brokers who violate AML regulations to allow this security to dump billions of worthless shares into the market and a known geologist who wrote fraudulent surveys that are not compliant to SEC Industry Guide 7 under Regulation S-K and yet some refuse to look at those FACTS.

Worse yet the very FACT that this turd ran a PR campaign based upon acquiring Casinos which turned out to be insolvent Adult Arcades in Florida who were having legal issues and still pressed on with ridiculous revenue forecasts should have been enough to make it clear this is a scam.

But what really is fascinating is the fact they raised the AS no less than 4 times in a year to 30 BILLION shares and no one blinked an eye as to the very FACT this was being diluted six ways to Sunday.
