Actually it's 13 of the Major Cable companies. There were 8 IPR's filed by Cisco and RPX regarding 3 of UOIP's patents. 6 of the 7 Cisco IPR's were denied institution on merit. The RPX one was instituted and UOIP won. RPX appealed and UOIP just won the motion to dismiss the appeal.

The oral hearing for the last Cisco IPR on just one of the three patents has already been held. Imo UOIP will win this one like they did the other 7. Then I expect we will see a settlement.
