I think (and one guy here with experience seconded this when I posted it before to the MB as a query) that they probably have an exact date. If we're close even a range would probably be as definite as 'either the week of 0x/xx or the next week'. Though if there are any i's and t's to dot and cross editorially that require all authors to sign off on the final edit, that could mean that it depends on how fast it gets closed on the authors' side.
