Wow laraz,

What you have read are standard SEC requests for clarification and/or correction on Oncolix filings that date back to early 2017.

Fully reporting SEC filers frequently receive these requests.

When a company receives such a request, they respond by elaborating on the filing in question, with an amended filing.

This has been happening for almost a year and is common knowledge.

Why is it only now becoming an issue for some? Did some only recently figure out how SEC filings work?

These issues and requests have been resolved in amended filings and during this time period, ONCX was approved for an OTCQB trading tier.

So while some would like to claim ONCX is a scam based on these standard SEC requests, it actually shows that Oncolix has satisfied those obligations and was approved for an OTCQB tier by the SEC and FINRA.

There was a PR at one point about the whole ONCX: OTCQB tier being achieved based on Oncolix's transparency.

Swing and a miss.

LOL, IMO and FWIW.
