You obviously have never spoken to Les or you would know that he is very long-winded, LOL. He is also very open to talking to any shareholder that calls him or even in this case he gave a call-back or even initiated the call himself. That's just who Les is.

I believe his message is that the share authorization is waiting for the publication which has been very slow due to editing (probably back and forth with the peer reviewers and/or edit on one side and 60 authors on the other), but it finally has a publish date which is not this weekend but is pending shortly.
