Linda Liau, bless her sweet doctor heart, probably spoke a bit more than she should have in those two now-pulled videos, although she didn't really offer too much in the 2015 one - and that was while patients were still enrolling. By December 2016, patients wouldn't have pulled out based on what she was saying... although they may have wanted to enroll. I suppose any GBM patient likes hearing the words "they are all living longer".

But in offering the details she did, it gave both longs and those not invested an opportunity to interpret her meaning. And that probably does contribute to a bias, yes.

None. I agree. I'd like to know how many are still alive as well. My guess is, they are hanging all trial update presentations on AFTER the journal publishing, and not before. But who knows? Maybe they'll give us something sooner.

- how about after saying that they have appointed Mr Black to investigate the allegations and it would take approx 90 days ( I am paraphrasing) . It has been what ...900 days now . Updating about that would have caused what bias ?. Even just saying that investigation is still active and facts are being gathered ... etc etc

Well it could depend on what Cofer Black et. al. were turning up in their investigation. If they were turning up information on who was behind Phase 5, or behind them, and their malintent, they may not have thought (or think) it was the best time to release what they've found (yet).
