I disagree. Risk is based on ones decision with the information available. When TAs are gagged and SS isn’t made public, the risk is enormous. I guess it’s up to each investor individually to determine what they think of the CEO. Is he lining his pockets eternally with 20B shares or is he truly restricting only 930M shares for himself to be used in the case of an emergency? Nobody knows. In my opinion, especially after trying to dump my shares @0099 today while being the only ask on the L2, Bertsos is dumping massive amounts of shares that will be converted prior to any shares owned by traders, AKA us. Oddly enough a handful of buys went through at 0099 today while I was the only one on the board too. This ship is sinking and everyone on the board is holding the bag.
