You need to know something.

I was in another stock [way bigger than UOIP] that fought IPR rights for over 10 Years....they won the case but it was appealed to the CAFC by the Big Loser...the CAFC ruled for NOKIA[the bigger company].

This is indeed a first case I have seen where the CAFC has refused to take the Case to Trial.

I truly believe now[that I heard from Zombywolf] there is a 75/25 chance of Chanbond winning this case.

Millions of Bucks will be coming into this tiny little Company and they can expand to being a much larger Company covering a much larger geographical area.

It would be wise to choose the winning side.......in case You are not there at this time?
