I understand where you’re coming from, but that’s not what this is. This is a federally regulated security that is not following the rules. Apples to oranges. Especially when Bertsos has a guaranteed 1.5m dollar annual salary at the expense of investors. Sorry, but the mechanic is a bad comparison.
