It started when we had a sudden surge in visitors from Canada on this message board. Like, 8 or 9 in under a day. Roughly 3 months ago. So I started digging. I found the press release amongst a number of other press releases. And it pointed to a company from Canada. Later I found more and posted it here. (I guess I didn't want to bother you guys with it).

Rubin is the Chairman of BITCF.
So everything points to that company, IMO.
That said, I don't take the offer seriously. Not with parent owning 80% of the stock. Perhaps they didn't know. Or the sole purpose of that press release was to get a feel for the (market) reaction. I don't know.
