ANOTHER WIN for UOIP/Chanbond! I continue to be extremely impressed with UOIP's lawyers. Here is a link to the pacer document for anyone who is interested. Every win makes it more and more likely that the cable companies will settle. UOIP/Chanbond has now Won 7 IPR's just one more to go.

The court concludes that RPX lacks Article III standing
to appeal the Board’s decision affirming the patentability
of claims 1-31 of the ’822 patent.
Accordingly,

IT IS ORDERED THAT:
(1) The stay of proceedings is lifted.
(2) The motion to dismiss is granted. The appeal is
dismissed.
(3) Each side shall bear its own costs
