Yes 2.3 billion to be exact...but your getting the premier Cannabis company in Canada, and therefore the world....it’s a small Price to pay given acb 6.1 billion cap. This deal will leap acb over canopy in a single bound....Cmed/hip shareholder will have aprox 25% and acb shareholders 75%...I think that’s a great deal for you guys
