Doubt it. Who's going to put in a 6m share sell order right on the ask? Somebody that knows that it's not going to get filled, that's who.

To even BEGIN to fill the first several shares of that that order, you'd need more orders in the last 30 minutes of the day than you had in the entire rest of the day. And if they put it in as All or None there's virtually NO chance that it would be filled.

So...it's either someone blocking upward progress (i.e. not a "Shareholder making a profit") or someone that happens to have invested $40k in an obscure penny stock but doesn't know enough about trading to be able to structure a reasonable sell order.
